About

The methodology era is over.

Agents made the human-shaped software process obsolete almost overnight — and nothing stepped in to replace it. We built Ideas 2 Execution to be that replacement: small, agent-native, and ruthless about proof.

Our mission

When a human reads every line, the line is the unit of trust. That world is gone. Agents now write far more code than any team can review, and a passing test the agent wrote itself proves only that the agent did what agents do. The unit of trust has to move — up, to intent and evidence. Our mission is to make that the cheapest, most natural way to build: humans declare what should be true and how it will be proven, agents do the work, the framework forces the proof, and the loop never stops.

What we believe

01

Code is an output, not the artifact

Intents are the artifact. Code regenerates from them. Treat the generated thing as precious and you optimize the wrong layer.

02

Forced evidence, never aspirational

Every claim of "it works" names a provider that proves it. A metric with no way to collect it is a wish, and wishes don't ship.

03

The agent does the work; the human steers

People are best spent on intent and judgment — not standups, not diffs. The pending queue is the only thing the loop asks you to look at.

04

The loop never ends

A target that comes back unmet feeds the next loop. A fixed bug becomes a Case that gates every future build. Done is a phase, not a destination.

Who's behind it

Built by Ryan Turner.

Ryan runs the Self-Paced AI course at ryanturner.com and consults with engineering teams on AI solutions and team acceleration. Ideas 2 Execution is the working harness behind those engagements — the same loop he teaches and ships with.

Behind the build

Built like we preach.

This site itself runs on a small Python web server, wired up with agent skills from agentskills.io and the Claude plugin marketplace. The same loop we describe on the home page — declare intent, let agents build, force the evidence, adapt — is how every page, section, and copy edit here gets shipped.
